Relationships provide us with some of the most rewarding and positive experiences of our lives. They can also be a source of considerable distress, confusion and anxiety. Counselling is a process through which people are assisted in addressing difficulties in their relationships in a non-judgmental and supportive way, and can often lead to people reaching new levels of personal and relationship fulfillment.
CatholicCare , Sydney, has been providing approved counselling services under the provisions of the Family Law Act 1975, to all members of the Sydney metropolitan community for several decades.
